At Helio888, we aim to provide quality products and a transparent shopping experience.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To review your request, we may ask for photo or video evidence of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued only after the request has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
